Toronto Gets High

Ages ago, I told you all about about an amazing band called the High Highs and how much I loooooove their gorgeous, dreamy, ambient pop grooves. Well, since I wrote that post, these guys have gone on to do great things, including:

• Being named one of NME’s Best New Bands of 2011
• Being signed by Elton John’s management company, Rocket Music
• Having their music featured on Grey’s Anatomy and in the movie Pitch Perfect
• Releasing a full length album, Open Season, in January 2013
